HYTHE FM BACK ON AIR FOR A SECOND TIME

Following a very successful 1st broadcast for the Venetian Fete in 2001, Hythe FM, “The Voice of the 2002 Hythe Festival” with the support of the Festival Committee will be returning for a 2nd time to broadcast to the people of Hythe and the Romney Marsh during the week of the Hythe Festival 28th June – 4th July 2002 on 95.1 FM.
The broadcast will run 24 hours a day with genuine local news and coverage of the events along with popular music from the 60s though the 90s and today. It will be aimed directly at local residents and visiting tourists both in Hythe and across the Romney Marsh as far afield as Lydd, New Romney and Dungeness.
From their Studios in Hythe Town Centre and with selected outside broadcasts, Hythe FM will support the festival bringing news on events to locals and visitors alike.
Advertising is available at very competitive rates and free publicity is offered to clubs, societies and charities as part of Hythes “Community Action Spots”.
